Blacktop Junkie has enjoyed success in the video clip charts to compliment the radio play, with a solid charting of #37 on the pay TV’s Country Music Channel countdown recently.  The great news is that we have loaded the video clip onto the website for your viewing pleasure.

There has been a great response on the KixFM chart, which is broadcast across Richie’s home state where he cut his teeth playing the demanding country pub circuit.  A strong showing in the countdown, with Blacktop Junkie charting at a high of #5 before Christmas, making it the highest Australian act on the chart for that week.

Since arriving in Nashville Richie has been coming to terms with the seasonal conditions in Nashville.  Whilst we Australians have been sweating it out here over a long, hot, drought-ravaged, summer, Richie woke one morning to six inches of fresh snow covering his house!  Richie is working on a couple of projects with some players there in Nashville, and we will let you know the news as it comes to hand.
